Purchases

One purchase covers ezprompter on Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch, as long as each device is signed in to the same Apple Account. If a device still shows the paywall, tap Restore at the bottom of it.

To cancel or change a subscription, open your Apple Account's subscriptions (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions), or on iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before a free trial ends to avoid being charged. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The script doesn't scroll with my voice

ezprompter needs the microphone. On Mac, check System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone; on iPhone, Settings → ezprompter. Speech recognition runs on your device, so it works offline, but your Mac or iPhone needs the speech model for your language, which macOS and iOS download the first time.

Where are my scripts and recordings? (Mac)

In the ezprompter folder you chose when you set up the app, shown in Settings → General. To keep scripts from other folders in your Library, add those folders under Script folders.

Pairing your iPhone and Apple Watch

On your Mac, open Settings → Remote, turn it on and show the pairing code. On your iPhone, open the Mac tab and scan it. Both need to be on the same network. The Apple Watch app works through the paired iPhone.

Using AI agents (Mac)

Turn on the agent server in Settings → Agents and add it to Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client with the command shown there. Agents can load scripts saved in your ezprompter folder or your Script folders.
