Who you are buying from

Kekasatori is sold by Harikanth Lingutla, an independent developer ("the developer", "we"). Questions about any purchase: [email protected].

What you are buying

You are buying a personal license key for the Kekasatori macOS app, as described in the Terms of Use. The license is perpetual for the versions it covers and includes all updates to the current major version. The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment & delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your license key is delivered immediately after checkout — shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you used at purchase. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll re-send it.

Try before you buy

Kekasatori offers a free trial so you can make sure it works for you — your Mac, your workflow, your providers — before paying anything.

14-day refund policy

If Kekasatori isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the email address you bought with (or include your receipt), and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued.

If you're in the EU or UK: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By retrieving your license key immediately at checkout you consent to immediate supply — but our voluntary 14-day refund policy above applies regardless, so you lose nothing.

Problems & disputes

If anything goes wrong — a failed download, a key that won't activate, a double charge — please contact us first; almost everything can be fixed within a day, and refunds are honored per the policy above without needing a card dispute.
