By installing or using Kekasatori (the “Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control, for your personal or internal use. You may not resell, rent, or redistribute it, or use it to infringe any third party's rights.
Purchases, license keys & refunds
Paid versions of Kekasatori are unlocked with a license key delivered after checkout. Your key is personal, tied to the email address used at purchase, and may be used on Macs you own or control; it may not be shared, published, or resold. Purchases, delivery, and our 14-day refund policy are described in the Terms of Sale & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms for paid licenses.
Your responsibility for content & services
The Software can retrieve, download, convert, and process content from sources you choose, and can send content to third-party AI providers you configure. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download, store, and process any content, and for complying with the terms of service of every site or service you access and with applicable copyright and other laws. You are responsible for any API keys you supply and all charges incurred with third-party providers.
Open-source components
The Software includes third-party components under their own licenses, including FFmpeg (GNU GPL) and yt-dlp (The Unlicense), among others. Those components are governed by their respective licenses; see the in-app acknowledgements. Nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Software. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software (which may be zero).
