Private beta
Study anything. On your Mac. Privately.
Kekasatori turns videos, papers, and articles into transcripts, flashcards, mind maps, and a tutor that actually reads your sources. Get an early build.

You do not need another app. You need fewer. The reader lives in one place, the notes in a second, the flashcards in a third, and the AI in a browser tab that has never read your sources. Kekasatori exists because serious study deserves one instrument: local, private, and whole.
The classics knew how to think. Kekasatori gives that focus a modern engine. It reads your sources so you can actually learn them.
“Much learning does not teach understanding.”
Heraclitus
So Kekasatori builds understanding instead: study packs from the source, quizzes at four depths, and a tutor that cites the passage it answered from.
Everything it does
Import anything
Drop a YouTube link, an arXiv / PubMed / DOI paper, a web article, or a whole multi-chapter book. Kekasatori pulls it in, cleans it up, and makes it studyable: code blocks, tables, figures and all.
Instant study packs
Every source becomes a full study pack: accurate transcripts, tight summaries, structured notes, flashcards, key concepts, and a mind map, generated from the material and ready in one pass.
A grounded AI tutor
Chat with a tutor that answers from the actual document via retrieval (RAG), with citations, not vibes. Run it fully on-device with Apple Intelligence, or bring your own key: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and more via OpenRouter.
Think it through
A built-in Excalidraw canvas for diagrams, a rich notebook for your own notes, and animated Manim explainers that turn a hard idea into a short, clear visual.
Create & publish
A visual editor for animated, layered backgrounds and 3D scenes (the moving hero on this page was made in it), plus a page builder that turns your work into a polished article or site you can publish in a click.
Download or stream
Keep media offline in a fast, searchable library, or stream it. Either way each item carries its own study pack, so your work travels with the source.
Local-first & private
Your library, notes, and API keys stay on your Mac. No account, no tracking, no servers. Keys live only in the Keychain; on-device models mean you can study without anything leaving your machine.
Free · macOS 15.5+ · Apple Silicon & Intel · notarized by Apple.
Atlas carried the heavens. Yours fits on your Mac.
Every paper, pack, note, and draft joins one living knowledge graph. The app calls it Atlas, and it is why nothing you learn here gets lost.

Paper → podcast
Too busy to read? Kekasatori turns a dense paper into a natural, listenable podcast you can take on a walk. Here's one it generated from the paper “Unlimited OCR Works.”
Paper → animation
Kekasatori can turn a paper into an animated, narrated explainer of the 3Blue1Brown kind. Here's a ~6-minute one it generated from the DSpark paper.
Built in the editor
No code. These rotating 3D scenes and animated backgrounds, including the hero above, were made right inside Kekasatori's editor, then exported as clean video.
You become what you give your attention to.
after Epictetus
No account. No tracking. No feed fighting for your eyes. Sit down with the material, and the field blooms.
